You’re invited to sponsor and/or play in the tournament!
Even if you couldn't join us for the tournament, it's not too late to contribute to this important goal!
There are three levels of sponsorship:
Eagle with a donation of $1,000
Birdie with a donation of $500
Par with a donation of $250
A tax deductible donation can be cash, a product/service for our silent auction and raffle, or a combination of cash and product/service. Your name will be listed as a sponsor of our event, and your support will be recognized with a Tee Sign placed on one of the golf holes. Please complete the following information:
GOLF REGISTRATION
Play in the Tournament
May 9th - 9:00 a.m. Shotgun Start
Provide support by putting a team(s) together to play in our GOLF Tournament at Riverwood Golf Course, 400 Riverwood Dr., Clayton, NC. (If you don’t have a team, but would like to provide support by playing golf, we can put you on a team - no problem!) The format will be Captain’s Choice. In case of rain, Riverwood will make the determining call. (If necessary, Rain Date will be determined.)
The GOLF Tournament will have four flights (if there are four or more teams in each division)
Flight One: Open Men’s Division
Flight Two: Mixed Teams Division (Men & Women)
Flight Three: Open Women’s Division
Flight Four: Seniors’ Division (Players must be 65 or older)
You may buy an Optional Mulligan Package which includes 3 mulligans, & 1 free hand toss for $20.
We will have a 50/50 drawing, tickets will sell for 3 for $5, or 15 for $20. These tickets will also be used to draw for door prizes.
